Our three holiday apartments at Villabassa, on the ground floor and without architectural barriers, are furnished with fine furniture made by ourselves and are equipped with every comfort: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, cooking utensils), a bedroom with double bed and safe, a living room, a sofa bed for 2 more people, a bathroom and a terrace with lawn in front of the door.

  • Apartments without architectural barriers
  • Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary cooking utensils.
  • Underfloor heating with individual self-regulation
  • Hypo-allergenic pillows and bedcovers
  • Bed linen, towels and table and kitchen linen available – Change of linen on request for an extra charge
  • 2 blankets per apartment and comfortable slippers
  • High chair and cot (on request / supplement of 5.00 €/day)
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Each apartment has its own terrace with seating and deckchairs.
  • Common vegetable and herb garden
  • Common storage room for bicycles and skis
  • Final cleaning included in price
  • For hygienic reasons and to respect guests with allergies, pets are not allowed.
  • The upper floors of the house and all the furniture are made of wood, so smoking is not allowed throughout the building.

We care about the environment!
That's why we are giving you for free the Südtirol-Alto Adige Guest Pass for the period of your vacation. You can travel with all public transports in South Tyrol and you travel sustainable!

Price information

The prices indicated are for 2 persons per day, including final cleaning. For each additional person over 14 years old there is a charge of 22.00 €.

The price does not include the tourist tax  (over 14 years old).
  

  • Deposit: The reservation is considered confirmed as soon as we receive the deposit (30% of the price of the trip).
  • Bill: Please pay the bill and tourist tax the day before departure.
  • For each additional person over 14 years old = 22.00 €
    Children 3-14 years = 12.00 €

Cancellation conditions

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before arrival
  • If the cancellation is made in the period between 89 and 60 days before arrival, we will credit the deposit for another stay at our farm (to be used within 6 months).
  • For cancellations between 59 and 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
  • For cancellations up to 29 days before arrival and for non-arrival we charge 100%.
